Great place and the owner was very kind
Changing a 70s kitchen.. Wasn't sure what I wanted.. Rob makes it So Incredibly Easy to figure it out. He Really Knows All the Details about remodeling... asked all the questions I didn't Even think of. Pleased we are doing business here. Would Highly Recommend Kole Digital... ps don't let the name fool you... They do Everything For Remodeling.. and have So Much at one place. So Happy. 5 stars
Kole digital has the absolute WORST customer service. We’ve called multiple times a day for weeks and three things continue to happen: 1. Most of the time, NO ONE answers any of the calls home menu options. 2. The few times when a Kole rep answers they say they “can’t do anything to help” - Monica is the only one who can, 3. Monica is NEVER at work and NEVER returns calls. My husband and I purchased a $10,000 sound system and it took FOREVER for their installers to complete the job. Sean from Kole Digital came out today to route our Ethernet cord from one floor of the house to the opposite side of the house on the other floor. Monica communicated the arrival time and Sean arrived on time, was professional thorough and precise! I loved the work he did and was beyond my expectations!! Thanks Kole Digital for doing a great job!!!!
