I spoke with Mr. Kolb today. He was both attentive and knowledgable about concerns I had regarding my medical case. Not only did he spend an hour of his time the day before Thanksgiving to talk through the questions and the many documents I have, he also listened without judgement, calmed my nerves, and he gave me next steps to resolve my case. I received a letter from Kolb, Clare & Arnold- that states that they were in partnership with Equian and insinuated that my doctor sent me to collections on an outstanding balance. I spent an hour calling my insurance company, my doctor, and looking through bank statements to find that I have no balance. I then call this number and learn that this was their way of trying to offer their representation if my injury (that prompted said doctor visit) was caused from work/ accident/ on someone’s property! It would be nice if these guys would answer my calls....definitely doesn't seem so legitimate if you're not answering your phones during normal business hours.
