Jack is an absolute AMAZING budtender. I came in with no expectations and he hit it out the park. He helped me find a strain that I have been looking for, for a while, gave me a lot of good information on selections and everything else. Super hospitable and honestly made me want to come back sometime soon!
Unable to deliver my order AGAIN. This time they cut off orders early. Mine was already placed. Had to drive to store. The order wasn’t ready. Bullsnot excuse for poor service. The Kola brand bud is old and poor quality. Basically they swept the floor and sold it to kolas as brand. Like cheap tea. Way too many cannabis shops to deal with sketchy website, sketch delivery and bunk quality. See pictures of my pre roll.
Ariana was patient with me and after grabbing a bunch of things, I realized I misread two promotions. I changed up what my plan was and she didn’t hesitate once with assistance. Even when I apologized for taking up so much time, she told me “It’s ok. You’ve been nice and are easy to work with.” At the end, I left with plenty of goodies and had an amazing Christmas Eve. The 5 stars are for Severin who helped me with a delivery order. He did a good job with offering us all the products available to us. But Koala really needs to offer higher THC levels.
Mike is always super kind and helpful! Although I’m disappointed that Kolas did away with their rewards system and never make offers like the others, I still patronize hoping they will see the light and how awesome the rewards were!
