Courtney leads a beautiful, intimate, and intentional yoga practice. The studio was spacious, clean, and well ventilated unlike some other studios that I have been to in the past. Courtney did a great job at providing modifications and emphasizing not overextending ourselves. Her pacing was perfect and provided enough time in each pose to truly feel the stretch in your body. Overall, this is a great studio to attend for anyone needing a more gentle, restorative, and grounding practice.
Courtney did an amazing job leading the session. Her introduction was very informative & definitely made me more comfortable with such a new experience. The way she was able to transition from each pose to the next was also very indicative of her passion for teaching & yoga overall. She was very attentive & patient with a newbie like myself, making it an even greater experience. Can’t wait to do it again!

I loved my experience at the studio! Courtney created a warm and relaxing environment before leading us through a great yoga sequence. I felt so refreshed and free of the soreness and pain I was feeling prior to the session. I look forward to the next class!
