Carlos is legit the best tattoo artist ive had the privilege of being tatted by. He did this little chiaotzu on me and he made my idea come to life in the way i wanted and was super helpful and professional. He has vast tattoo knowledge and i will definitely be coming back for more tattoos in the future. Thank u Carlos!
