They were purchased by another company. During that transition, they were not responsive. They installed our entire system and it works perfectly. They also perform our winterization each fall. I would highly recommend Kohl’s.
Assuming Kohl’s has gone out of business since they no longer return phone calls and a payment that I sent them many months ago was just credited back to me.
