Great Service Friendly Staff, Good Selection Of items.
Kohl's is always a good place to shop for home seasonal decor. I purchased a dog painting. I was there to return an Amazon item. The return process is always quick and easy. Also the employees are always nice.
This store is a joke !!! They combined customer service, Kohl's returns, Amazon returns & checkout all together!!!!! Horrible every time I go in there's a line with two cashiers tops wrapped up in Amazon returns !!! I will take my business elsewhere!!!! McKinney, Prosper at least has separate registers with EMPLOYEES to help not here !!!! Get it together !!!! Managers could careless as well.....
