Never filed our taxes. We have been using this service for years. Every time I checked with the IRS, they said our info. didn’t match anything in their database. Their $300 fee and other taxes were deducted right away. I contacted on tax day (4/15) to check on the status, and was notified of an “administrative” error and told that they would be filed today. Rather than offering a refund on the fee we paid for a service we didn’t receive, I was offered $20 off of next year.
