Unfortunately I see that so many others have had the same experience as me with KE. To add insult to injury, I not only have to deal with the penalty and interest, they also shared my financial information with third parties causing conflict. I have no clue how to reach many writing reviews, but I am done playing nice guy with KE. I shouldn’t be obligated to pay these damages. We need to file a class action. I also suggest many of you file a complaint against the cpa license of the firm and partners.

I’ve been with Kohler & Eyre CPA’s now for several years and am so disappointed with how their prices have gone up and their quality of service has plummeted. I would never recommend anyone ever to use their services. After finding owner Mark Kohlers podcast and learning so much about taxes and wealth building, I was under the impression his accounting firm would champion many of the tax strategies and practices he taught. Spectacular Fail!! How did they fail? Let me count the ways: - My tax documents were delivered to them in March using Tax caddy as requested. - In April I was informed they need to file an extension. Clearly unaware that in CA the deadline had been extended, so much for attention to detail. - I next heard from them in August 2023. I submitted all my information in the spring of this year and after having 3 seperate preparers assigned to me it was finally finished in December. I will now have to pay several thousand dollars in late fees and interest due to the complete incompetence of this firm. And of course they harass you if you dont pay there invoice immediately. First time I got a call just the day after it was sent. Multiple calls after. They are quick to want their money but have no accountability for doing what they grossly over charge for.
