Went to go get cash from my bank account today at Kohler Credit union in West bend, WI, and ILIANA helped me. She was very resourceful and helped me with a very warm and helpful attitude. It was my 1st time interacting with her, but she made my experience more enjoyable with her professionalism.

Trichelle is very personable and efficient. I have no concerns about her following the details of my transaction appropriately. Kohler has a wonderful staff, but Trichelle seems to shine above the crowd.
I opened checking & savings accounts with a coupon that if I moved $20,000 into the account, did direct deposit & 3 transactions per month after 6 months I would get $1000. 6 months was up 3/31/2025, I didn’t receive a deposit. So I called the bank & was told(after the fact) that they wanted me to keep $20k in my checking which has a debit card attached to it.
