While the teller staff are very friendly, I believe some are not trained very well. They be great for personal accounts, but for a business account that makes a monthly deposit with 12 to 24 checks it's terrible. Their check reader never seems to function correctly. Even though we always use a deposit slip with our account number on it they have made the deposit to a money market account in error. Nothing has changed in the past 5 years. Just poor service!
This location is absolutely hands down the most approachable and friendly branches! I enjoy talking to the staff and I always leave there laughing or in a better mood! Thank you for making banking fun!
