Great credit union. I love how welcoming and helpful the staff is.
I took out a loan for my first time in my life, and they made everything so easy that I didn’t even have to go into the credit union until I was ready to get the plates for my vehicle. Becky Grapentine helped me and she is exceptional, knowledgeable and very courteous. The service I received was exceptional. 10 stars…!
The phone system is exhausting/ridiculous. But the representatives are very helpful and prompt once you get them on the phone.
