Every time I come to Kohler Credit Union, Hannah L. Is always very friendly and helpful! My service is always efficient and well-handled- I recommend this place whenever anyone talks about wanting to switch banks, because I know the quality of this branch of KCU is unmatched! Keep up the great work!

Hannah at the Grafton branch is great. I have enjoyed banking with Kohler very much. All of the staff greets me by name asks how I am doing and how they can help me. Hannah helped me make a large payment on line that made my day.
Absolute SCAM ARTISTS that think they can charge any fee under the sun because they feel like it. If you actually want to keep your money I'd recommend banking elsewhere. I have been banking with them since 2014 and have had nothing but issues left and right. I will be taking my money elsewhere since Kohler can't seem to keep their greedy little hands off of it.
