Absolute SCAM ARTISTS that think they can charge any fee under the sun because they feel like it. If you actually want to keep your money I'd recommend banking elsewhere. I have been banking with them since 2014 and have had nothing but issues left and right. I will be taking my money elsewhere since Kohler can't seem to keep their greedy little hands off of it.
