They helped me legally pursue damages against a car dealership that sold me a vehicle which was to be delivered to me from another dealership, for which they even opened a loan for it in my name without actually securing the possession of the vehicle before making the deal. Very professional firm with loads of experience. Unfortunately, my case was forced into arbitration in which the arbitrator made a decision without reviewing the fact that no permits were pulled by the company, the work was not to code, and after everything was said and done I have about $18,000.00 in a shower that is unsafe and unusable! I truly believe Kohl and Cook did a great job but the arbitrator (which is selected by the ABA) just either failed to look at the facts or simply was an idiot!
