If it wasn’t for my husband and the actual lawyer (Steve) I would’ve fired them within the first month of retaining them. Several times I had to do my own footwork that the paralegal Stephanie was supposed to do. Their paralegals are not efficient, they justify their inadequate behavior, and are flat out rude. I’d never recommend this firm to anyone because of their assistants.
Extremely disappointed with how my case was handled. After communicating with one attorney the entire time, I was blindsided by a partner I never spoke to, delivering a generic rejection. Zero transparency, no real effort to help, just a dismissive response after wasting my time and documents. Not professional, and not who you want representing you.
