Extremely disappointed with how my case was handled. After communicating with one attorney the entire time, I was blindsided by a partner I never spoke to, delivering a generic rejection. Zero transparency, no real effort to help, just a dismissive response after wasting my time and documents. Not professional, and not who you want representing you.
