Steve and his team were highly professional, compassionate and communicative. If it wasn’t for my husband and the actual lawyer (Steve) I would’ve fired them within the first month of retaining them. Several times I had to do my own footwork that the paralegal Stephanie was supposed to do. Their paralegals are not efficient, they justify their inadequate behavior, and are flat out rude. I’d never recommend this firm to anyone because of their assistants.
