Branda at the Kohala Spa was 10/10 amazing, I was running late because I had a hard time finding it, but she waited for me and treated me superbly, and I am very appreciative of her services and her care! Highly recommend! Mahalo
Amazing luxurious experience.
Unfortunately we had a terrible time with the Kohala Spa at the Hilton Waikoloa. They were not accommodating to my 73 year old mom who had stomach issues and couldn’t get the massage she so greatly wanted and we bought for her birthday. Not only did the charge us completely but they wouldn’t even allow her to use my reservation a couple of days later.
