I recently purchased one of their Arius model knives through one of their distributors. I initially thought the knife had an issue so I reached out to ask them directly. The owner, Bill, responded very quickly and settled all of my worries. They make outstanding knives and the attention to detail is leaps and bounds beyond what you would expect. I’m very pleased.

Thanks Carsten and Tessa! Broke the clip on my Arius pocket knife and they got it replaced quick and easily! Just had to stop by and hand it to Carsten for a couple minutes. Great Service!
