I placed a last minute order in hope to have it by Fathers Day. They put a rush on my order and had it shipped before Fathers day!!! We had issues with USPS temporarily losing my package. Koehn's customer service is absolutely phenomenal! They went above and beyond for me from the moment I placed my order. They were very prompt to respond to emails, sent me a mock up of my personalized design, and helping locate my package. I could not recommend this company enough. Will definitely be ordering whenever we need flags again.
