Purchased the Kodiak futon through Wayfair and whe I received the futon the mattress was defective. Mattress was not 8 inches but six inches. Also, when sitting on it you hear popping sounds from the coils when you move. I ask for a return and to be refunded for this defective mattress and the company is avoiding making it right. Avoid this company at all costs.

We purchased a futon last year. We discovered a defect in the seating area that would likely cause further tearing of the material. Ernesto from Kodiak said there was no way to repair it and immediately shipped us a replacement mattress. We are extremely pleased and would recommend them to anyone in the market for furniture!

Just received the best customer service I've had in years. Yesterday I called Kodiak furniture to see if I could possibly get a replacement part for my futon. Less than 24 hours later, the part arrived at my doorstep. They back up their products! Thank you for your friendly customer service, prompt service, and great furniture.
