I got my perm and my I140 approved today. My employer worked with them for my case. Extremely transparent and they use a portal powered by Toorey where you can log in and check the timeline of case at any moment of time. I never contacted them nor i was allowed to contact them as the portal has everything. My employer team was also highly knowledgeable in legal aspects and ensured they get all required documents without cutting corners.
