Mr Kocienski is awesome. My husband and I contracted him for our estate property issues and has been an absolute blessing. His staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Mr Kocienski is so down to earth and speaks to you in terms you can understand. A-1 recommendation.
I went to Rick kenzinski with evidence that a lawyer and my brother stole my inheritance safety deposit boxes filled with rare gold coins and cash. I gave Rick the pictures and other stuff to show even the bank manager was involved in getting rid of the safety deposit box sign in sheets. Rick told me he didn't want to take the case so I said give me back my evidence, my pictures and stuff. He told me he lost it and was very nasty to me. I can't believe he did that to me. Unbelievable

He was on the list of hyatt attorneys. A previous attorney (#2) for an unrelated matter told us he was a former jesuit and i know he taught at u of d.
