They replaced a sliding door with french doors. Nice job 👍. Replaced the existing Florida room/ porch. Eight times out for water leaks. Old room. Doors didn't move good anymore. Snow would come in. No rain issues. Rain has been a disaster with this installation. Love the structure but eight times for water leaks. If I make them tear down. Can I trust the French doors not leaking. Today. Jacked up the south leaking wall. Did there thing. All bases are caulked every where else. Except the new repair. Even if it just cosmetic.... read more
They installed 2 screen rooms for us in 2021. Within days of the initial install, many of the screens blew out or tore. Has happened repeatedly over the past 2 years. They will not warrant any longer. Doors are sagging, etching our composite decking when they swing. When we told the foreman another company told us they thought Koch should've put the splines on the outside of the room, he responded that they knew that but it would've cost twice as much to build it that way. We would've certainly paid the extra to have the job... read more
