I have been seeking an attorney for a health insurance bad faith case. Of the 15 firms I contacted, only Brett Kobes took the time to have a conversation with me. Actually, 2 conversations. He sent a list-serve to plaintiffs attorneys soliciting advice for me. He dispensed realism with kindness and respect. All without charging me anything. I worked for attorneys for 18 years and I feel quite competent to say that this is wonderfully atypical behavior. He's a blessing.
