As pensioners, we found Koala Shutters very polite & prompt in their communications with competitive pricing & no pressure to advertise on site. Installation of the shutter itself was fast & no-fuss. The large shutter we had fitted has been excellent so far in reducing our west facing window direct sun heating problem. If we do need more roller shutters fitted here at a later date, Koala will definitely get the nod!
