Shocking service. Paid for the extras with delivery and got none of it. Drivers/assemblers were lazy, didn’t do their job and gave my partner attitude on their way out. Worst part is customer service couldn’t have cared less, when we told them about it. Premium prices, cheap low level service. Avoid!!
UPDATE: Koala Living have contacted me and provided me with store credit for a return of the buffet table at their expense. I am satisfied with this outcome and have changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. The first and last time I will ever buy from Koala Living. I bought a marble top buffet table which I noticed was bowing in the middle. I sent a query to them within my warranty period with plenty of images and videos with a spirit level to show the issue. Ordered a marble dining table online but got a false item. There are three long lines which believed as cracks. Left a comment on facebook but was deleted immediately. The customer service refuse to exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. Ridiculous.
Very much disappointed with the product and service. we bought big bunch of furniture, some product have visisble damage as well the dining suit they delivered is not what they adverties. measurement of the dining table is not what they listed on their website and instore. when we contacted their dissatifactory response not what we hoping for. they not covering the damage the way they showing their product's worth in their advertisement. the credit they offering to cover the product is just conditional and not going to help ... read more
