Excellent customer service. One of the staff members, Sophie, was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail. We were able to get all the items we needed at a very good price.
Late delivery by 2 month
They sell extremely low-quality and unsafe products. Several pieces of furniture I bought from them started having problems, including my couch (bursting threads and loose legs) within six months and need repair. I found a crack in a large wall-mounted mirror when i came home one night. When I contacted customer service to request a replacement, they claimed I had damaged it myself and insisted that mirrors don't crack on their own. This is by far the worst place to buy furniture. We ordered multiple items from Koala Living and were made to wait almost 4 months for delivery, which is completely unacceptable. When the items finally arrived, several of them were damaged, and other items were not fixed or assembled properly. What makes this even more frustrating is that we paid extra for professional fixing/assembly, yet the furniture was either left unfixed or poorly done.
