I would never purchase from Koala Living again. We spent a significant amount of money furnishing our new home and paid a premium for delivery and assembly, expecting our furniture—and more importantly, our brand new home—to be treated with care. Unfortunately, Koala Living outsources its deliveries to third-party contractors, and in our experience, they showed very little care for our property. Experience in store was really great and the furniture is really nice too.... However, getting the furniture completely tarnished the experience and makes me never want to purchase anything from Koala Living again - the delivery partner they used (that we paid extra to put the furniture together and take the rubbish) could not have cared less about their jobs or taking care of our home - one was talking on the phone the whole time on an ear piece, both were thudding around boxes and tracked mud through the house. Pretty poor service- doesn't except refunds even before the products have been delivered,ties up customers for a non value membership, beware of this, none of this will be explained before the transaction has been done, you will know it once the receipt is been given to you.
