Very disappointing experience with Koala Living. We purchased two Bruce Black Leather Electric Recliners expecting premium comfort and quality for the amount paid. ANYONE CONSIDERING KOALA LIVING? This company caused us months of stress, frustration, and wasted time after taking over $8,500 upfront for furniture they could not properly deliver.
