we are in love with our purchases from koala
Pathetic deluxe delivery done by their assembly guys came in today leaving the bed installation unfinished . Why you sending the guys who dont know how to assemble the bed . This is the delux delivery we get after waiting 6 weeks for the bed frame.
Absolutely love my experience with Koala Living! The staff were so helpful, friendly and patient throughout the whole process and made everything so easy. I’m beyond happy with my new couches, dining table and dining chairs, they look absolutely beautiful in my home and the quality is amazing. Everything came together perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with my choices. Thank you to the wonderful Koala Living team for the amazing service and beautiful furniture. Highly recommend! 🤍

Update - Based on after sales experience: Changing my rating to 1star from 5star. It’s disappointing to see the after-sales service has been so poor. I’ve spent weeks chasing updates, sending multiple follow-up emails, and waiting far too long for responses to resolve a straightforward issue. The lack of timely communication and customer support has been extremely frustrating and has wasted a significant amount of my time.
