I purchased all my furniture from Koala Living, the quality is great, delivery was on time and everything was assembled perfectly and I had a great customer experience.
Zero customer service. The female staff on 22/11 didnt provide enough information and had coldness in behaviour. Wasn’t enthusiastic about her job. Wouldnt visit the store again.
