Koala mattresses & pillows....WORST bedding ever purchased. Mattress is extremely hard & uncomfortable, every day I wake up with backache & a headache from the pillows. Absolutely wasted my money on the Koala mattress & pillows. Mattress was just on $1000 & the pillows were over $250 each...Absolute rubbish & NOT worth the money. Extremely disappointed with my experience with Koala Living.Poor product quality combined with poor after-sales service has made this a very frustrating experience. Please avoid Koala Living. I purchased 8 dining chairs in December 2025 at $319 each, expecting decent quality furniture for the price.
