Happy Service
Such a terrible experience. We’ve had 3 deliveries and in each delivery we had faulty products. For the faulty products they asked me to email their unreliable customer service (the actual shop doesn’t do anything for you, you have to send an email and wait 3 months to get the smallest thing sorted) and then after email they’re like okay we will first send someone to inspect the fault then if necessary we will repair or replace it!
