I purchased a couch from Koala Living and it is faulty. In the exact spot where your legs hang when sitting, there is an extremely rough, hardened glue-like patch under the fabric. It cannot be seen, but it is very abrasive to the touch. Because of where it is positioned, it is impossible not to rub against it every time you sit down or get up, making the couch uncomfortable to use.
