I bought chairs from the Richmond store and arranged to be delivered. The tracking order says it was delivered but there is no sign of them being delivered. There is no contact number available online for the store and the 1300 number could not find my order and then said it was delivered but could not provide any proof of delivery or further clarification where my order was delivered to and no way to contact delivery person or store. Very disappointing.

Avoid Dealing with Leki We purchased two sofas from Koala Living at DFO and experienced one of the worst retail experiences we have ever had. Very disappointing experience. Leki was very rude, impatient！！！！！！！ I've never seen such a rude salesperson before. As a first-time customer, I was charged a $29 membership fee without it being clearly disclosed before payment. I only found out after the transaction was completed.
