I recently booked a sofa through Koala and had the pleasure of dealing with Syeda at Castle Hill. She was absolutely superb! From start to finish, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about making the experience smooth and enjoyable, but Sayeeda definitely does. Thanks again for the amazing service, can’t wait for my new sofa!
