We have had nightmare with Koala living. Delay in delivery and missing legs for a dining table at the first delivery and they took the dining table back and multiple phone calls and emails and they arranged the second delivery and they delivered dining table without legs again at the second delivery and took the dining table back.. stressful and disappointing and multiple messages and no returned call from the case manager?. and then multiple back and forth emails to get refund… seriously what a stressful process and paid fo... read more
