I purchased a couch online in April and was originally told it would be delivered in mid-June. This timeframe was also confirmed by customer service, so we planned around the couch arriving next week. When I logged into the customer portal, the delivery estimate had changed to late June without any notification, explanation, or update from the company. Now it has changed again and says July!!!
