I’ve been a regular customer at Koala Living, but my recent experiences at two branches were night and day. I visited the Auburn store last Tuesday to purchase a canvas priced at $209. The sales associate confirmed it was available, and I was assured I could pay the next day without it being sold. However, when I returned to pick it up, the canvas had been sold to someone else.
