ordered 4 sofa from auburn store, this is what I received this morning. One of the sofa frame was totally cracked when it arrives. Tried to contact the freight immediately (5min when they left) and also called koala living. Only received a robot voice saying to take photos and videos and send the claim via email. very bad experience

Visited Koala Living Auburn recently and had a really pleasant experience. The showroom is beautifully set up with a great range of modern and stylish furniture. Staff were welcoming, helpful, and gave us space to browse without pressure. The quality of the pieces looked excellent and there were plenty of unique designs to choose from.
