Terrible customer service and lack of action to solve the issues caused by Koala! I ordered 1x San Pierre Walnut Veneer High Cabinet on 21 August 2025 in Auburn store and the delivery was to be made with deluxe service on 30 August 2025. But it came with missing screws and the delivery guys left the boxes on the floor, 3 in balcony and 1 in the living room without assembling it. Products look amazing but unfortunately my experience with the lounge set I got has been terrible. And their customer service is as bad, with terrible communication and dismissing my concerns after I’ve sent countless emails about how in less than six months the couch looks like it’s been used for 10 years. For a couch that was purchased for over $5000 looks like it’s from fantastic furniture. Terribly quality and craftsmanship!
This is the worst place to buy furniture from. They're deceptive & full of lies. We ordered furniture that was in stock according to their inventory & paid the full invoice & right then & there they send me an updated invoice saying the furniture isn't in stock til end of January 2026.. not only am I out of pocket over 10k but also living in a house without furniture.. I had a great experience with Koala Living. The furniture and home décor are high quality and look even better in person. The designs are stylish and modern and really elevate the space. Customer service was friendly and helpful and delivery was smooth. I would definitely recommend Koala Living and would shop there again.
Amazing service! Sam was extremely helpful in aiding us with purchasing our dream sofa and table! She was thorough with explaining the different materials and delivery processes. Couldn’t be more grateful :)
