They sell extremely low-quality and unsafe products. Several pieces of furniture I bought from them started having problems, including my couch (bursting threads and loose legs) within six months and need repair. I found a crack in a large wall-mounted mirror when i came home one night. When I contacted customer service to request a replacement, they claimed I had damaged it myself and insisted that mirrors don't crack on their own.
