I placed an order worth $5,000 and requested delivery on four separate dates to suit a flexible schedule. Despite submitting my request at the end of September, Quala Living informed me that the earliest available delivery date was at the end of November — due to their warehouse being closed from mid-October to late November. I purchased a sofa from Koala Living in June 2025 with an expected delivery date of July. After purchasing, I called to confirm the timing as I had a holiday booked, only to be told it wouldn’t be ready until November, months later than promised.
