Don’t pay attention to the rediculous reviews left by 101 and moose, anonymously. While I will do my best, it will be hard to articulate the incredible experience that all myself, other parents and all the children who have come through here have had. Horrible experience here at Koala Bear childcare in Spring Park. The amount of stress and damage this place caused our family is irreversible and unforgivable. Don’t let staff longevity fool you as a “good” thing.The ability of management and staff that have been there for far longer than they should have, to cover things up is horrifying. Would leave 0 stars if possible. The “older infant” lead teacher is constantly yelling at, and sometimes even swearing at, the children.
My children attend Koala bear and have for about a year. My son is autistic and he is loved beyond measure here. His teachers ensure that he is a valued member of his classroom and they consistently love him and meet him exactly where he needs. To say I love this place is an understatement, Koala and every person I have encountered have given me peace I didnt know was possible.
