This child care center is truly amazing! The intergenerational program sets it apart like no other in the area and creates such a warm, family like environment. You can feel the joy it brings to both the children and the older adults. The kiddos build meaningful connections with the residents that you don’t often find anywhere else. Updating my original review! We have now been at Koala Bear for three years and have two kiddos there. We have nothing but positive things to say. Now having experienced the majority of the classrooms, we can say we whole heartedly appreciate the care we receive there at all ages. The staff is wonderful and communicative. Don’t pay attention to the rediculous reviews left by 101 and moose, anonymously. While I will do my best, it will be hard to articulate the incredible experience that all myself, other parents and all the children who have come through here have had. Horrible experience here at Koala Bear childcare in Spring Park. The amount of stress and damage this place caused our family is irreversible and unforgivable. Don’t let staff longevity fool you as a “good” thing.The ability of management and staff that have been there for far longer than they should have, to cover things up is horrifying.
