This is by far the best logistics company I have ever used. I was looking for a company that could handle multiple loads per week as I ship materials all across the world. Koa is very professional, well-priced and organized. I highly recommend them for any shipping needs.

Carriers be aware, these guys are the shippers and brokers for the plastic factory sharing the same address. They expect carriers to bring them the moon and back but will not honour their payment terms Making you feel like a beggar for wanting what you are rightfully owed. Chase and his wife do not know how to communicate with carriers. The threats chase made towards me were funny because I know for a fact he'd never do that to my face. I am advising all carriers to avoid working with KOA
