They have messed up our 2019 return, it cost us our 2020 refund. We have repeatedly asked, since April for them to refund our tax preparation fee. They agreed, but everyday there is some lame excuse, boss is out of town, we will overnight it, boss left early, as to why it was not mailed. Do not use this resource.
