The quality of tax preparation is like no other. The care and concern while you are there and even when you call with questions, is stellar. Robert (Bob), Billye and Jason have gone above and beyond to help, that's probably just who they are, but it feels as though I am receiving special treatment. Robert (Bob) has been doing mine and my familys' taxes for many years now. He always does a great job and we never have had ANY issues. By the time he gets to work for the new tax year he knows the previous and new tax laws like the back of his hand and can explain in detail. (very impressive). Our completed tax paperwork is given to us neatly and in a folder and explained to us thoroughly before we sign off on the completed work.
