Very pleasant experience working with atty Rosenberg and the closing statement for the land contract was very thorough and protected the business of any issues showing his experience and attention to detail but even more putting me at ease during stressful deed business transfer was his patience and calm demeanor throughout as there were some bizarre obstacles to overcome Thanks Andrew for caring so much for the customers needs
