The driver was actually complaining about his job while driving me. The next ride I was supposed to have he called and complained about dog hair and how I would have to clean his car after. I can not be the only client with pets.
Though they are friendly and well mannered, MOST of the trips where I have been assigned to them they literally cancel on me a day before the trip. No notification or anything as to why. As if all medical trips were not of priority or importance.
I will say they are friendly and nice and they respond to your phone call and texts immediately but, I will also say that they cancelled at 3 pm the day before the trip and that trip was with a heart specialist.
