I couldn’t be happier with the team at KNP Marine. A Mercury dealer told me my engine was completely stuffed and not even worth rebuilding, but it didn’t sit right with me. I took it to KNP for a second opinion, and they diagnosed and fixed the problems within a day for just $800. The engine now runs like a dream. If you are nervous, inexperienced, tight on time or don't like grumpy instructors then this is not the place for you. I am sorry to say but I won't be recommending this place for your licence. I had Michael and he was grumpy and abrupt and made me very nervous. I did put a review on FB but it was deleted so I'm now going here instead! So here's the story I arrived at 8.25 at their lot in Biggera Waters, we sat down to do the test and right from the start I knew this was a mistake. He was horrendously unfriendly and abrupt. Took my motor in for a service and a few parts as I was unsure what’s wrong, turn around within a few hours and runs great.
