AMAZING service provided! From the first phone call to van drop off. It was a very smooth process. We traveled to Gatlinburg and had a smooth ride. I wish I could post photos, but overall I highly recommend this rental company!

Pri absolutely went above and beyond for us! It was after hours when I called her because another company had cancelled our van on us last minute. She never skipped a beat, found what we needed and drove it to Knoxville for us the next morning. She is the definition of fabulous customer service! Highly recommend!!

Pri was amazing to deal with. We were on tour, had a bus break down on us and Pri saved the day. They were able to provide exactly what we needed and were ready for us before we arrived. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. Very friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
