Awesome interaction! Called them last second with a request for a 15-passenger van after a previous rental was canceled by the rental agency. Not only did these folks accommodate a last minute request, they had to move additional Fleet inventory from Nashville out to Knoxville to be able to make sure the following days clients were covered. AMAZING service provided! From the first phone call to van drop off. It was a very smooth process. We traveled to Gatlinburg and had a smooth ride. I wish I could post photos, but overall I highly recommend this rental company!

Pri absolutely went above and beyond for us! It was after hours when I called her because another company had cancelled our van on us last minute. She never skipped a beat, found what we needed and drove it to Knoxville for us the next morning. She is the definition of fabulous customer service! Highly recommend!!

One of the most responsive and accommodating companies I’ve worked with. We approached them with an almost last minute request for a large vehicle and could not be more grateful for their help and the reasonable rates. Will definitely be using them again.
