Normally I would give 5 stars here BUT I had a very disappointing experience here. I had to wait over 20 minutes at the teller’s stand just to make a simple deposit. The teller took my checks to the back for about 10 minutes, returned briefly, and then disappeared again. When I finally asked about the status of my checks, I was brushed off as though I was being unreasonable for even asking. Poor service and dismissive treatment—I expect better
