The collection department is terrible. The whole dept. I had a recent TBI injury and they were not empathetic or helpful. I dont recommend that u have a loan with them and be hospitalized and expect any empathy. they are waiting for a way to extort more money from u. I tried to file complaint on them and all the employees protect each other. There's no point in complaints that will go no where. My insurance lapsed while I was in the hospital and I was charged $2500 for 2 months without insurance. I will never get another loa... read more
