Staff is not helpful at all. You can tell they want to get back to watching TikTok instead of helping customers.
I have had nothing but inconvenience since doing my refinance. They say I don't have proof of insurance but I definitely do and have printed out and gave them in person. Fast forward 30 days. They are still saying that I don't have proof of insurance. I have never, not had insurance on one of my vehicles. I went to this branch, and was LIED straight to my face about how my payment was kicked back because I didn't have proof of insurance.
