I have had nothing but inconvenience since doing my refinance. They say I don't have proof of insurance but I definitely do and have printed out and gave them in person. Fast forward 30 days. They are still saying that I don't have proof of insurance. I have never, not had insurance on one of my vehicles. I went to this branch, and was LIED straight to my face about how my payment was kicked back because I didn't have proof of insurance. TVA is hands down the best credit union in the Knoxville area. If you're looking for a capable financial institution that treats you with a small town feel, this is your place.
Dropped off a check and nobody spoke to me just spit out a receipt. Really odd never heard of this happening but at least they put it in the right account I guess.
