I am depositing money in my friends account, the whole branch was closed yesterday now ive been in line for 25 minutes at the drive thru with no movement in sight..so glad I dont bank here but still wasted tons of time here.
I loved this credit union because they were opened until 8. Now they changed to 7 and it makes it harder for a guy that doesn't get off until 6 to make it here from Clinton. Why change a good thing?

Wow! I have a firm belief that businesses should “make it easy for customers to do business With you”. Knoxville TVACU is a PERFECT example of that! Not only was I able to go open a new account at 6 PM on a Monday. But I was also able to get questions answered for opening a business account there starting tomorrow and simply overall Tiffany was extremely helpful and friendly. First time I went to this location. I live up in Sevierville and the TVA closes at 6pm. Needed a counter check they got me right in and right out. Love the Credit Union
