If you have any issues you may as well go down there because they're NOT going to answer your call. I called for over a week (I am disabled and don't drive) and was on hold 30+ minutes each time and not once did I get a person on the phone.
If you are in the parking lot at 5 when they close trying to get customer support on the 800# they will call cops on you
I wish I could give a 10 star review, I left a bank I had been with for approximately 15 years after a friend recommend ktva and they have all been absolutely wonderful at the piney flats branch. I wouldn't even entertain the idea of trusting my money any place else ,and great rates!
