Literally the worst bank nobody is there and if someone is they act like it is a hassle to get them to do anything I don’t understand how this bank got this bad seems like they went through new management or something😡
This is the worst bank, the employees are great but the atm is constantly not working- it won’t take money half the time. It takes several transactions to get it to even take some money . This is ridiculous, they know it’s a problem because it’s been a problem for the past 2 to 3 years. It’s unacceptable. Moved everything to TVA employees credit union about 4 years ago and I am so glad I did. Service is amazing and the fraud protection is the best , Thank you all so much for being there every time I have a question or need help.
If I could give them negative stars I would because. This place can never get there story straight about their policies and they definitely don’t support small businesses. Especially if you are a women. I will be closing all of my accounts in the new year because of this. I have never experienced so much prejudice in my life.
