Tva credit union has become the absolute hardest bank to deal with. I’ve never dealt with a bank that enacted policies and schemes, in attempt to force you to pay interest. To have a credit card with a $10,000 limit, yet make it to where you can only pay $1000 at a time on the bill through Mobile banking Makes no sense.

What an absolute joke of a bank. My account suddenly had a cash advance in May 2025, and no one could explain how. I was bounced between useless extensions until Juliet finally helped close the credit card. She confirmed my family could close the checking/savings accounts for me. When they went in, Charley was nothing but unprofessional, unhelpful, and literally walked out mid-phone call when I tried to explain the phone calls I had the previous day. Well, this bank was never on my top 10 list, but after the massive ridiculous update that took them three days I cannot understand that they didn’t realize the impact that it would create when their members try to sign back in! All at once! The lines were out the door, phone calls were on hold for more than an hour and a half, and I don’t think this is going to be settled too soon… When the dust settles I am seriously seriously looking for another outlet where the ease of navigation of the websites will be more user-friendly
