Welcoming and friendly from the moment you step in. Lovely furniture is displayed and set up to give ideas for you. Layne the associate that assisted was very friendly, informative, nice, polite, easy going and not pushy when is very refreshing when trying to make big decisions. The new remodeled store is beautiful, with nostalgia because it’s in the old Knox building location again after the tornado repairs. Lots to choose from and the showroom is bright and well organized. Best service in the business as well. We bought our Great room furniture here two years ago, and we are back to do another room with Knox furniture.
