Had a great shopping experience here. Dajanna served us and she was patient and extremely helpful. My wife and I were finding it tough to decide what we wanted but she walked us through it and we got ourselves the cost ch we wanted. They allow you to customise almost everything, which added to our indecision but ultimately meant we got what we wanted. The other staff there also pitched in to help us but no one was frustrated by (admittedly annoying) back and forth on each decision.
We had the most fantastic experience from start to finish with the Known For Lounges Minchinbury. The showroom was fantastic, with Jackson helping us in so much detail through our options. We fell in love and the paperwork was quick and easy! Jackson kept us informed throughout the sale and we were so shocked when he called saying it was ready just 3 weeks later!
